Bridge D'Urso

Bridge’s passion is growing and leading strong teams with special expertise in the areas of organizational structure, strategic planning, and mentoring professionals in all stages of their careers. She has been fortunate enough to practice and develop these skills in a wide range of settings spanning both the public and private sectors, including leadership roles as Director of a social services organization and CEO of franchised businesses. Bridge has a keen eye for resource utilization and sound fiscal policy having managed million-dollar budgets and teams with dozens of employees and volunteers. She earned her Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, summa cum laude, and has received extensive training in the fields of counseling, coaching, business development, and leadership. When she isn’t working, she's traveling the world with her husband Christian, whipping up delicious meals from local farm-fare, exploring by bike or kayak, or snuggling with her two kitties, Sal and Sabrina.
